The Ohio Society of Anesthesiologists is pleased to offer several mechanisms for renewing your membership.  You may renew online with a credit card via our partnership with Verisign, an internet payment processing company, by clicking the membership category below.

You may instead wish to print the renewal form and pay by check, or fax the form to the OSA office with your credit card information.
